dude. you bought a good cpu an ok graphics card and everything else trash. you also bought a way too expensive monitor. I suggest you go up to atleast 850, to get good parts that will last. That psu sucks. Also, where did u get that gpu? it is 140 rnow

Yes that is overheating. I reccomend you raise the speed on your fans and lower your settings. Maybe go on high instead of ultra. and the evo 212x is a cpu cooler. It has nothing to due with your GFX Card.
