Ty Jeffrey but I got it working now, I turned on memory enhanced stability in bios and disabled fast boot, after I booted with 3 sticks, and tried booting with 4 after doing that, and finally it properly booted with everything connected.

Actually I was wrong, after troubleshooting some more the real issue is using quad channel. I can boot fine on single, dual or triple channel memory but if populate all slots it will loop. I'm clueless rn lol.

Well I'm an idiot... I guess I didn't realise I had to press the auto setting on the main menu in the fan part, cause I thought that would be the graphics card deciding how fast the fan should spin at but it actually used my curve. Oh well sorry if I wasted your time :/
