Hello all, Maybe 2 or 3 times a week, my pc will boot into bios on its own. If I exit bios windows 11 then boots up normally but I have no idea why this is happening. I thought this could be a RAM issue but I just upgraded and it's still happening

In task manager I am at 0% with chrome closed. I only see client server run time process that jumps around from 0-4%. Even at 0% usage it still takes a while to go back down to 139mhz from 605

Instead of staying at 139mhz it randomly jumps to 605 and 1569 and stays there for a couple minutes before going back down to 139. Any idea what could be causing this?
