hmm, unfortunately getting that much money is pretty difficult for me atm, the only source of income I have is my allowance, been thinking about looking for mobo+cpu sets on marketplace or something, would a ryzen-mobo combo be a pretty good deal?

The game uses DX12 as the API, weirdly enough I get the same FPS on any setting (extra low-high at 1080p) I get around 23 fps - 32 fps (23 on crowdy areas, 30s on less crowdy areas) , yes the framecap is on 60 , I only get 60s on the main menu and the pause menus, I get around 40s on cutscenes...

Soo I had to reset my bios because at first, I accidentally set my ram speed to 1866mhz while my ram sticks are actually 1600 mhz, so when I saved and exit, I got a blank screen, then that's when I reset my bios thru cmos battery so it would go back to default, it looked like it worked but now...

My CPU temps are usually at 60-62°C whenever I play, while gpu is at 62-67°C I dusted my fans, the internals, and the whole pc just last week also

Usually I only have discord running in the background (call with friends), I always make sure to kill other tasks I don't need like closing opera and all the other stuff. I also have a 240gb ssd for a boot drive btw
