That should only be done as a last resort option. The other troubleshooting step I have for you is to remove your cmos battery (silver battery on motherboard) for about a few secs, put it back in and check that it boots fine (may have to reconfigure your previous bios settings)

If you could send a screenshot of every tab of your bios I can look into it for conflicting settings. It should've been working by now
Change it to IDE test that setting but, don't try raid, that's sure not to work
If that doesn't work, change back to AHCI mode and
check the boot order (do HDD first, CD drive second or CD first, HDD second)
Only way to test that gpu if it is still working is to try it into another PC

Oh ok. Sounds like your bios settings just need to be fixed. Read the step I posted regarding the bios and try it out
Open your bios settings (when you power on your PC it will tell you which key to press to open it)
Locate the hard drive controller settings and change it to SATA or AHCI...
