well, i have a samsung 2GB ddr3 1600 which use 1.5v, but the computer didn't even recognize the ram and just beeping. it won't boot up at all

my cousin asked me to upgrade his laptop ram, so i tried to upgrade his pc... the computer is Lenovo All in One C20-30 (not the touch one) after i do some research, i find that that pc is using DDR3L 1600MHz i bought Kingston 4gb for that, this is what i bought : Kingston KVR16LS11/4 (4GB)...

Before this i have GTX 550 Ti (116w) on my pc, but now it's dead, and now i'm gonna change my gpu to RX 570, my psu brand is not well known, some review says it's bad, but i have using this psu for years, i know that i should change my psu, but it will gonna be a while before i can buy a new...
