ADATA Unveils the SX2000 1600 GB Solid State Drive

Well someone should come out with SSD's designed for the home NAS. Large capacity, low power, with less focus on speed since even a slow SSD will still be faster than a WD Red HDD or similar. Less electricity, less heat, much lower initialisation current draw. A slow consumer 2.5" 2TB SATA SSD...

Wireless Charging Expected to go Mainstream Soon

Less efficient than a plug. Even if they can manage 99% efficiency, they sold something like 170 million smart phones last quarter. That's still a heap of wasted power.

Computer Virus Infects U.S. Predator, Reaper Drones

ZingamWhy do you believe that Linux is safer? Aren't there enough reports that Linux security isn't that great in regard to computer viruses, etc? These reports state that Linux needs a lot more work in that respective area. Just because nobody cares to write viruses for Linux, it doesn't mean...

MurissokahDid I get it wrong or is Samsung abandoning android and adopting windows for their future devices? Nah, Samsung will continue to make Android, Bada and WP7 devices. No way they would abandon the other OS' since in terms of phone sales it goes Android (by far), Bada and then WP7 (way...
