I can't say too much about the other things but your processor is outdated and bottlenecks the rest of your system. You should cut down on the SSD's for a better processor if you want to save money.

The R7 260x is better than the HD6870 but what brand is your PSU? You could get a better graphics card if you have a quality brand.

No there won't be a graphics card, just using the onboard graphics and I have checked to see if it is compatible and it is.
