Hey i upgraded my PC to Intel i3 9th gen and a RTX 2060, should I upgrade my cooler or can the stock Handel it?

A minimum of 60 fps is good enough for me , i guess i can achieve that right? And i don't think its gonna put more stress on my pc.

ooh in that case its not that bad so in that case my pc is not that bad and i can play new games too, without having a problem?
