ooh in that case its not that bad
Even the best systems can bottleneck in certain circumstances. What games? What resolution?

A quad core/thread cpu can be quite limiting in some modern games especially at lower resolutions.

Your i3 is a bit weak, but nothing catastrophic.
so in that case my pc is not that bad and i can play new games too, without having a problem?

Depends what your expectations are. There are games that the cpu will prevent you averaging 60fps. How much this bothers you depends on you. The only game I have played that is a disaster on quad core/thread CPU’s is Gears 5.

A minimum of 60 fps is good enough for me , i guess i can achieve that right?
And i don't think its gonna put more stress on my pc.

An RTX2060 is an excellent 1080P GPU...

The 4c/4t CPU was already becoming increasingly marginal for gaming even in 2016, and the advent of affordable 6c/12 Ryzens in March of 2017 much made them persona non grata formost new gaming builds.

I'd look at seeing if your mainboard will support an i7-9700/9700K, skipping the everything i5-9600K and below intentionally...if you are unhappy with current minimum /average FPS
