There should be an rgb cable that powers the led rgb through the board. ASUS AURA or similar for changing rgb color

It would seem you have malware preventing you from running/installing programs, you could try running msconfig, disable all services and all start up items, and try again, also try booting in safe mode and run something like hitman

You can format the drive as usual when choosing where to install win 10 or you can use partition software, either way is fine

Try downloading and running hitman

Just to note if you use anything other than acer factory reset, and it needs a repair they will charge you to factory reset, i.e rebuild hdd to factory before they'll repair

Just use the acer factory reset, alt + f10 at boot

Run hitman see if it funds anything.

Have you checked for lan drivers for your board, also try safe mode with internet see if it makes any difference

As long as the motherboard is an ATX board or under the dimensions your case manufacturer outlines, you should be fine, and yes if you move to Intel you need cpu & mobo.

You should have bitdefender central account, you should be able to reinstall just remember the login, that's all i've ever needed when reinstalling

Most stream sites use 30fps or 60fps, you need a fast net connection either way, use nvidia experience for streaming see what it suggests for settings, but as i say, it depends on net connection also
