    I have played 10 hours so far, and I have not had a crash while running the Ram at 5600. It would have normally crashed at least 10...

    7200 is aggressive for ryzen. Try changing to 6000 in bios. 6400 is possible but not guaranteed, 7200 is way too fast for the men...
