    I would say just spam click bios key or hold it in. if it doesn't work than I can't help you I just don't know what the problem is.

    it should not be sata connector or the board if. sata connector or board is faulty then you should still able to go in to the bios but not see the ssd or hdd in the bios

    what is the budget? if it is 5-7 years old pc I suspect that the ram is DDR3 so you can't reuse that part. for the ram you want fast ram like 3200 mhz cl16 is pretty good choose.

    I would say you going to be fine with the case. I'm only questioning if the fans is good but the only different you would get is maybe 5C diffrent and the dba. Still 4 140 is still good.
