    [SOLVED] New case

I haven't used that one. I think it will be fine with the front plate off as long as the dust filters aren't too restrictive. It looks pretty similar to the Meshify C with the front cover off. As long as that AIO gets fresh air CPU temps should be good.

    [SOLVED] New case

Lian Li 011 dynamic and Fractal Design Meshify C are my 2 favorite cases. I've tried a LOT of cases in your price range and these were the best. You'll need to ditch the hard drive bays in the Fractal if going with a 360. You'll also need to be careful of GPU length with an AIO as its pretty...

[SOLVED] Will a RYZEN 3800x bottleneck my 1080ti?

A 3950x won't pull anywhere near the limit of an 8 pin EPS without LN2 to cool it.

    [SOLVED] i9 10900k Air Cooler?

    My 9900k hit 90c in a p95 26.6 load @ 5ghz 1.25v on a DRP4 cooler. You'll probably want a 280/ 360 AIO or a custom loop for a 10900k.

Are there any plans to pair 4000 mobile CPU's with high end GPU's in MSI laptops?

AMA MSI Comet Lake Z490 Motherboard AMA and Giveaway

If AMD sticks to it's stance on 4000 CPU support on 300 & 400 would MSI consider offering some sort of discount or trade in program for customers who bought MAX boards? I think this would be a great PR move since the marketing of the MAX boards said they would support all future AM4 CPU's.

[SOLVED] Will an older Motherboard work with a newer GPU and CPU?

I just checked the product page and yes it will work with a 3700x. You need to update the Bios with the current CPU or it won't post though. https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/AB350%20Pro4/index.asp#BIOS

[SOLVED] The most right B450 choice with future upgrade and low budget

This spreadsheet has everything you ever wanted to know about AM4 VRM's. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1d9_E3h8bLp-TXr-0zTJFqqVxdCR9daIVNyMatydkpFA/htmlview# Power delivery is pretty meh on b450 in general especially when you take MSI out of the equation. That being said any of...

    [SOLVED] Motherboards for ryzen 3300x

The major airflow vs not recommended disparity is in the OC column for the 3950x. Both get green checks for 3900/3950x stock operation. To my knowledge this spreadsheet is NOT based on actual thermal data. I believe the recommendations are based purely on objective analysis of VRM components...

    [SOLVED] Motherboards for ryzen 3300x

The Gaming Plus (Max) has the same 4 phase (2x 4C029N Hi Side 2x 4C024N Lo Side per phase) VRM configuration as the Tomahawk. Albeit with different heatsinks. Either should handle a stock 3900/3950x without issue. Many of the MSI b450 and x470 motherboards use the same VRM design as the...

    Question New 10th gen

I agree that the OP should wait. Performance won't be much of a mystery since most of these SKU's are so close to previus "gen" CPU's. AMD undercutting their pricing on or before release day is practically guaranteed. Any way you slice it waiting until all the cards are on the table to make a...

    Question New 10th gen

Intel's TDP games make this a more complicated question than it might appear on the surface. Saying Intel is faster than AMD at gaming without slapping on a bunch of caveats doesn't mean anything. Unless you decide to slap the 10400 into a low end z390 (that ignores the power and turbo duration...

[SOLVED] Will a 1600 stock cooler handle an 1600X stock clock

Both CPU's came with the same cooler. The only difference is the 1600x version of the wraith spire has RGB lighting.
