[SOLVED] Buzzing coming from PC case, not fans?

Yeah it's not my PSU since I did that when I initially heard it. I will say, I actually heard the sound slightly again, so I turned off my GPU fans. Apparently, that made it go away, although it was might quieter. I only set a fan curve for the fans recently, but they were usually on 0 RPM until...

Cool program. Never used it before. I got "Good" for the drive's health status.

[SOLVED] Buzzing coming from PC case, not fans?

I do, but I haven't used anything on the HDD for quite a while. It's game storage for games that I don't use, except there's nothing but a few games on it. It hasn't seen any use in months though.

[SOLVED] Buzzing coming from PC case, not fans?

I'm not sure why, but recently my 1 year old custom PC started buzzing. It just happens randomly, and it's been around 3-4 times in the past 2 weeks. The first time it happened, I unplugged my case fans and turned on the PC and it still happened. I can say that my case has very good cable...

    [SOLVED] Is my PSU failing?

Thank you so much for the help. I have noticed that it's a little wiggly, which I didn't notice before. It may just be due to the fact that I've taken more notice to it lately since the problem, but it's worth a try.

    [SOLVED] Is my PSU failing?

Just waited a day to think it over, and I can power up my PC 100% now. I know what the problem is, however. As you said, likely not the PSU. It depends on the pressure I put on the power button. If I press down normally, the power button doesn't really light up. However, I can get it to power up...

    [SOLVED] Is my PSU failing?

I’ve just never heard of those terms before. I looked it up and it seems easy. Can’t I just take the battery out and reset CMOS that way? Seems pretty foolproof.

    [SOLVED] Is my PSU failing?

Just tried to turn it back on from a few hours of being off. It took like 4 button presses but each time I didn’t see the LED indicator or the back lights light up up on the board. I didn’t see any activity on the board at all until it turned on properly

    [SOLVED] Is my PSU failing?

Sorry, I don’t mean to be a nuisance but I don’t really know what these means. Also, my computer can still turn on, it just takes several tries after unplugging and plugging back in, then pressing the button several times. But this is not the norm. I also can’t seem to replicate the issue unless...

    [SOLVED] Is my PSU failing?

I have a surge protector. I made sure that it was when I bought it and not a power strip.

    [SOLVED] Is my PSU failing?

For the past two days, when I try to turn my PC on after turning it off for the night, the power button won't work. I press the button, it makes a little sound like it's going to turn on but doesn't. I had to unplug and plug my PC back in and press a few more times for it to work. I don't think...

Question Is this a safe CPU core voltage for my Ryzen 7 2700

I just enabled my XMP profile today to get the advertised speeds of my RAM. I did take notice to one thing, however, and I’m not sure if it’s something to worry about or not. I probably just don’t know enough. My CPU Core Voltage is at 1.375 and on auto in my BIOS. Is this a safe/normal core...

Question Is my DRAM frequency correct for XMP Profile 1

Okay, sounds good. Alternatively, would there be any difference or a better idea to set the profile to 2 and auto frequency?

Question Is my DRAM frequency correct for XMP Profile 1

So my RAM kit is 16 GB DDR4-3000 Corsair Vengeance LPX. I changed the speed in my BIOS from 2133hz to 3000. I’m a bit confused though and want to confirm I did it correctly. I choose profile 1 and set the DRAM frequency from auto to DDR4-3000. Should I have kept the frequency on auto and chose...
