how to read this stats? why in Hwmonitor, Task Manager, Cpu-Z. cpu core always run at 3.9Ghz, but in Ryzen Master it is not. and cpu voltage, i down the voltage to 1.15volt in bios but in Ryzen Master and AMD Andrenaline software its always 1.35Volt by the stats it's normal?
