Apparently I can't change the voltage but I just decided to try again using 2 sticks and it worked, booted and then crashed while doing nothing, I then decided maybe cleaning was the solution and cleaned the ram contacts and the slot, so far hasn't crashed and windows memory test gave no errors...

I dont have the vga-hdmi converter but I tried one monitor to the gtx gpu hdmi port with no success. Yes, the fans on the gpu spin as well as the cpu heatsink fan.
