right now it's on 40C doesn't go too high. i have formated my hard drive so many times and still have issues, no virus.

i've fixed the issue. turning down the resolution in the settings and then pressing alt+enter will make the screen go full screen. then you change your resolution to 1080p and it stays full screen.
