You should never plug one cable into your motherboard and one into your graphics card, IIRC this will almost never work. Plug both of your monitors into your 760 and CS and Dota should run swimmingly.

You should be fine about your GPU, however what CPU are you using. You most likely will not have any performance issues as long as you dont try and overclock, I am not sure about the amperage, but otherwise you should be fine.

I would recommend using two of the same cards because if you use two different cards I believe that the card with the lower specs drags down the one with higher specs to make them function essentially similar.
