#post update so I found out the power supply wasn't enough(non branded) and the motherboard was on it's dead bed so I ticked it off and it's dead now.

thank you very much for replying R4DIO4CT1VE. I went to my local technician to check if my processor was alright or not as I was still not convinced that my mobo was dead. Turns out it was okay and had a windows 7 rating of 7.1 so It was working fine so now I'm now sure that it's my Mobo

thank you very much for replying I did that and it didnt work and a few hours ago I went to check my processors and they were fine so I'm guessing my mobo is dead considering both of the cpus didn’t work.

I just found out that the mobo is dead and both of my processors are fine and thank you for replying.

The problen started like this... My brother was using the pc and it froze then he restarted it then it failed it startup and windows recommended us to use "Startup repair" so we did but it failed to fix it...then we thought it was a major software problem so we thought give it a new windows...

Trying all day but still couldn't figure out what is the problem.. Searched the internet for solutions and trying them all but those didn't do the miracle. Trying to boot it wouldn't,the cpu fan spins for a second and then stops and nothing.. tried it more than Fifty times..Sometimes it would...
