My friend's PC is stuck in an endless loop of restarting. He pushes the power button and in 5 sec max it restarts over and over. He says didnt use his PC a week ago, he doesnt refer any electrical surge nor other anomaly. Any idea on this guys?

I want to buy a monitor from Msi, the Optix MAG241C, and also the MSI 2060 gaming x, is this card suitable for 144mhz refresh rate from that monitor?
