No worries, this is a discussion topic so you cannot select any solutions.

    low end budget graphic card?

Your current CPU and RAM should be good enough for your gaming needs. If you just want a low end card to play a good number of games out there something like a GTX 750/750 Ti should fit the bill quite nicely with the added bonus of being power efficient so they run fairly cool as well. Since...

    hyper 212 dimensions

Your supports CPU coolers up to 162mm tall. http://www.fractal-design.com/home/product/cases/core-series/core-2300 The 212 EVO is 159mm tall so you'll have 3mm of clearance so it should be a bit of a tight fit. http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-air-cooler/hyper-212-evo/ You might want...

    i5 4590, 7950 enough for 60fps 1080p

The 7950 is still pretty capable so he should have little to no problems running those games at 1080p 60fps on medium-high settings. From what I've read Just Cause 3 has fairly hefty requirements so you might need to tweak ingame settings a bit to get the performance you'd like.

    Can h61m-ds2 motherboard run gtx 950 2gb and R9 270x?

Pretty much what Gingerbread said, your motherboard has a PCI-E x16 slot so both cards should be compatible. Sounds like the guy you were talking to might have confused CPUs with GPUs lol.

[Troubleshooting] Small rattling coming from near the base of my Heatsink

It could be due to bad fan bearings which is generally known for causing a rattling sound. Fortunately fans are relatively cheap to replace. I agree with Mike in suggesting to check if the heatsink is properly secured into the motherboard though.

Cooler Master hyper 212 evo in versa n21

Judging by the specifications, the 212 EVO is 159mm tall and your case has a limitation of 160mm for the CPU cooler height so it might be a bit of a tight fit. http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/cpu-air-cooler/hyper-212-evo/...

asus gtx 750 or gtx 750ti strix

I doubt that the 750 Ti is powerful enough to fully utilise 4GB of VRAM anyway (besides from a few badly optimised games) so the better choice here would probably be whichever one is cheaper for you.

    Finding Gaming Desktop

So there are no local stores you can go to and ask them to build one for you? A relatively pain-free first timer option could be to buy a relatively cheap machine with a decent quad core CPU and throw in a GTX 750 or 750 Ti (check for models which do not require an additional 6 pin power...

Which of these laptops is best for gaming?

Oh, that might be why the price is lower. If you're going to install Windows on it you'll just need to find the appropriate drivers on Dell's site to get it working. It shouldn't mess with performance as long as you have the appropriate drivers installed and everything is working properly. If...

Which of these laptops is best for gaming?

They all use fairly powerful i7s and the key difference in gaming performance would be the GPUs so the cheapest laptop would be a better choice in terms of money. That being said, the 840M isn't very good for gaming to be honest, so it'd depend on what games you're looking to play...
