Solution
I doubt that the 750 Ti is powerful enough to fully utilise 4GB of VRAM anyway (besides from a few badly optimised games) so the better choice here would probably be whichever one is cheaper for you.

I agree, go with the cheapest card. I doubt 4GB or VRAM is really necessary for a card at this level.

And always check those PCIe cables. Some GTX 750 Ti cards require a 6-pin PCIe power cable. Others don't.
I have yet to see a vanilla GTX 750 require a PCIe power cable.
