As it turns out I need to use a displayport to plug a third monitor (or it will just duplicate one of the other two) but none of the monitors have a displayport on them. Can I use a cable with DVI on one end and a displayport on the other? Thanks!

It's HDMI 2.0 compatible. I might be wrong but there seam to be a little bit of screen tearing when using HDMI even with AMD freesync turned on.

It's a Power Color rx480 red devil 8GB with the latest drivers. I've had the same issue with the old drivers as well.

Thanks for the answer. I've had a Power Color card before that worked fine. Also it's got a nice heat sink and a back plate so I've decided to go with it.

Power Color also offers a BIOS version for this specific card. Can it fix the issue or is it only ment for overclocking? I don't think this problem is a good enough reason to return this card. I'll try to reduce the voltage to 1000 mV and see what happens. It's hard to diagnose this problem...
