Should I replace my power supply?

I was told that my 5 years old Chieftech GPS700AB power supply is a "fire hazard". Is it really that bad? Now I'm looking at this SeaSonic M12II-520 Bronze and considering buying it.

Here's my system:
i7 4790k overclocked to 4.7GHz
Power Color AMD RX480 8G
single Silicone Power SSD
single 8gigs Kingston RAM stick
Logitech webcam, ps2 mechanical keyboard, microsoft intellimouse 3.0, xbox 360 gamepad.

I'm getting random freezes while gaming, but that's most likely a graphics card problem (my previous graphics card was more power hungry and it worked fine).
Also I'm using a 1000VA ups.
Any advise would be appreciated.

Thanks for replying. It's about 90$ in my region which is quite an investment for me. Did anyone have some bad experience with Chieftech PSUs?
