Hi, These are my specs: 5820k i7 GA-X99 SLI 16Gb RAM 2133mhz So, i'm trying to add another 16gb, exact module of RAM, i'm inserting it in the slot that is should be installed in according to the motherboard manual and the pc won't boot, just stays on but nothing happens, no signal on screen...

they recognize other devices, and they supply power to the drive, but it doesn't show as storage drive, not even in disk manager. in USB 2.0 ports, it's all good.

Hi. So I've bought a new PC but it doesn't recognize my 3TB WD MyBook on the 3.0 USB ports. On the 2.0 ports it works well. It suppose to support USB 3.0 but nonetheless it doesn't even recognize it. The firmware is up to date. Any idea? mobo: GA-X99 SLI

Solved it. The BIOS wasn't supporting 16gb RAM and that was the only module I had. updated it and it's all good:) Thank you for your help!

I've also did "the pin test" on the PSU, worked fine.
