Hi, I have this ASUS X552E, AMD E1 processor, laptop, windows 7 installed. It won't let me clean install windows, start it in safe mode or anything...plz give me a fix...no problem if I lose data. Just want to reinstall windows 7/8.1. Thanks Safemode screen: It gets stuck right here-...

My USB ports were working just fine. I had to reinstall windows. It's windows 7. Everything working just fine except the USB ports. It's an ASUS laptop and AMD motherboard...any idea plzzz? Thanks in advance.
