What a nightmare. Finally got Autoruns from Microsoft and was able to remove file from computer. So for 15 minutes now the SBAVMon.dll has not shown up. I hope Windows Creator Update is worth it. I upgraded because I read the security was much improved. Hope this helps someone else.

What Fry's could not do a local computer shop had no problem. They changed the drives, added the ram from the one and switched cpu's and blue screen is gone. It's always about finding the right people. No issues with Microsoft or drivers.
