Tried all that. Came up with a bit of an update, whenever my temp goes above 30 degrees my fan goes turbo to get it back down to 30. Not sure how to fix this, no option in my Bios for that. Im using a GA-78LMT-USB3 Rev6

Its in the correct position. My guess is that its changing the fan speed on load and not on temperature and this makes it go insane whenever anything happens.

I got a FX 8350 with the Wraith Cooler and for some reason the cooler is running extremely loud on low loads. On idle its on 2000RPM, Yes it is attached correctly and my temperatures are fine.

Is there any way to make the CPU fan speed work on Temperature and not load? Currently whenever anything happens my PC temporarily turns into a Jumbo Jet and I believe changing the CPU speed into temperature orientation would work.
