    Don't underestimate the power of the CPU. Most i3 CPU's can run a 90% with a GTX 1080 Ti. Your chip is perfectly fine, to hold the 1080 Ti. I recommend getting a new GPU, your CPU can handle the extra load.

    It might just get by playing the new games but not dual monitor and definately not streaming high quality. Maximum this will just be able to play the new games on one monitor. If you want to be able to stream dual monitor and play the newest games, i suggest. Any intel i7 CPU. 8-16 gigs of ram...
