My CPU usage is around 40%-60% while my GPU is 0%-8%. That's how it is for almost everyone playing that game though.

I recently installed water cooling (AIO) to help my terrible temperatures of 60-70 idle and 85 (max temp) while playing games. My CPU is running at a stable 4.2 Ghz. I also have an RTX 2070 Super and 16gb of 3200mhz G.Skill Trident Z RAM, but modern warfare runs at 70-100 fps hardly ever going...
