I don't get stuttering at 1440p on my gaming monitor.

My GPU is nearly always at 99% whilst playing those titles, meanwhile my CPU sits at 50% - 60% usage. I just don't understand the stutter, it will dip to 20 fps suddenly then rise all the way back up in an instant.
