Dota 2 still in beta status and got few technical problems, i guess that its the driver problems, you need to remove it completely and remove any other graphics integrated drivers using Treexy Driver Fusion and windows uninstallation, clean registries and junk files using Ccleaner and restart...

am a win8 and win7 users (2 desktops and 1 laptops), from my experience for gaming i prefer win7 x64 as its problems free

The store didnt RMA my PSU, so i found the solution for the problem having low +5v, Disabled ASUS Anti-Surge in bios settings Removed the front USB3 ports (and that fixed the problem because the USBs uses +5v and since i have low volts that made the system stable enough)

i get it now, the PSU cant keep up with the turbo boost, the dynamic frequencies and volts of cpu and rams, disabled it and everything back to normal, so technically the PSU not for modern overclocking its old
