    I did burn a 520W PSU with RX570. Bought 700W PSUs and my systems works fine. You can lower the engine clock of the GPU and see if your system is stable.

    Download and flash to a memory stick the Gparted distribution. Boot it with and create partitions for your operating systems. Install windows first and then xubuntu. I hope you use MBR partitions and not EFI to make life easier.
