[SOLVED] Low fps in minecraft?

Hi!
I have been having some troubles with minecraft getting low fps. I have decent pc that runs more demanding games with much higher fps, but in minecraft I can barely get 60 fps. I have tried to put all settings on fast or off and lowering the render distance and it did improve the fps by little but it is still very low. Do you have any idea what could be causing this problem?

Minecraft is a Java game and they are slow and have a performance limit.
