Throttlestop is a godsend to anyone who has an older motherboard with highly limited CPU BIOS options.

Also, for whatever reason, Intel's XTU tool doesn't support the 6700K, which is baloney. So Throttlestop is the best alternative given some BIOS won't even let you undervolt or select speedshift. I've been fighting this CPU for a week now and Throttle stop was my Eureka moment. I recommend...

Download Throttlestop, go through the Undervolting walkthrough, select Speedshift (8-40 or 8-42 if you are slightly overclocking), since this is a Skylake processor and most motherboards don't apply speedshift automatically in BIOS to the 6700K. Unselect speed step. Thank me later.

Yeah, I think it was during the videocard install, when wiggling it in place it must've accidentally popped off the 2 antenas. 🤦‍♂️

This is info that may be helpful to others. I recently upgraded my RAM, CPU and Videocard. Upon doing so my Wifi could not detect my home network. I went through the gamut of fixes: disable/enable wireless adapter card, update drivers, uninstall, reboot, troubleshoot....and nothing would work...
