So ive found an offer on a MSI V372-031R GeForce RTX 2080 Gaming X Trio Video Card Black it comes in at just over 800 euro, is this a sound investment? It will keep me under the 2000 euro mark of my budget (thats with a monitor picked out already) by a couple euro

With regards to the parts I had pieced together in the first post how well do you think they would run? Im assuming the GPU would struggle with 4k but 1440p?
