Yes it does work in everything but Excel 2010

Computer at work just upgraded to Windows 7 and using Excel 2010. I cannot scroll through the rows anymore since the upgrade. I did look in advance options and scroll horizontal and Vertical are checked and the scroll button on the keyboard is on.

I solved the problem after 2 days of trying. For some reason it did not like the partition that I put in. As soon as I reformatted the drive with no partitions it worked fine. With me it is always some stupid little problem that is an easy fix, but time consuming trying to figure it out...
