currently i am using Intel i3 530 Nvedia GT610 2GB Graphic Card and i wanted to upgrade my PC to skylake i5 or i7. Can anyone tell me what extra components i have to buy for skylake i5 or i7 and will my graphic card work on the new PC?

my current problem is that my system lags frequently even after a complete format of Hard Disk. Even the RAM usage doesn't go above 2.5GB still my computer works like a snail on a beach.
