Well my experience says the gpu works fine if I left it unplugged for few days.
That crappy PSU IS THE MAIN REASON FOR THIS I think.
I have no warranty left. Do you think its possible to repair it?

Well, I don't have any good powersupply with me now. But I used another non brand PSU and it didn't work. Connected my GPU to my cousin's system didn't work either.
