Im looking at purchasing a KFA2 GeForce GTX970 OC Infin8 black edition and i want to know if its compatible with a Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 rev 1.2 motherboard with a AMD FX8350 cpu and i was wondering if my XFX 550w psu would be man enough

Thanks for response, yeah I saw that on the Gigabyte site it says that it can run the FX8350, I might just take a chance as the FX4170 I'm running at the moment is also 125W.
