So at the moment i have a computer with an AMD A10 7700K and a GTX 1050ti as well as 8GB of DDR3 memory. Now my issue is the bottleneck of the graphics card, in some games (games with a lot of load on the cpu) there is only 30% usage of the graphics card (a horrible bottleneck) and the CPU usage...

I am having the same problem however when i did everything correctly in the command prompt it says "a disk specified is not dynamic. Please specify a dynamic disk and try again"

There is definitley bottlenecking, i have a gtx 1050ti, an amd a10 7700k 8gb ddr3 ram and a gigabyte f2a78m-hd2 motherboard. Make sure you have disabled your 1050ti's integrated graphics in your bios so it doesnt eat up your ram and make sure the display cable from your monitor to your pc is...
