So I've just upgraded to a i7-6700k but on Userbenchmarks it says my base clock is 4Ghz and my Turbo clock is 3.9Ghz. Am I missing something here? I thought the turbo clock should be around 4.2Ghz for the i7-6700k, or at least higher than the base clock. I'm a complete noob, anyone any ideas?

Thanks guys for your help. In the end I went with the i7-6700k and the Be Quiet Pure Rock Slim cooler. The Pure Rock seems to have good reviews and it was super cheap on Amazon UK.

The stock one doesent appear to be a Intel one. Its unbranded but still kinda small. What would you reccomend?

Just checked. CPU is at 100%. GPU is at 50-55%. So definitely looks like I need a new CPU.

Actually I got that pricing wrong the Ryzen, board and RAM would be £340. I think I'll go with the cheaper option, the i7-7700K. I'm guessing I can use the old cooling fan with a dab of thermal paste right?
