ok, is there a way to test just one or two cores and observe just those cores to see if it’s hitting 4.0?

I have a suspension that my Intel Turbo Boost Max 3.0 isn't working, as my processor (6900K) doesn't reach 4.0Ghz when stress testing with Prime95. When I stress test the processor, HWiNFO64 says my CPU Status is at: 3735.5 MHz. This should say 4000Ghz, correct? Am I missing something? Thanks,

Nothing is working so far. I really wish there was more information regarding this out there. This would be a huge time saver if I could get it to work. Thanks for your help anyway.
