ok I tried a new power supply and it did the same thing. I tried starting it with no hd connected, 1 ram stick, etc. Then I noticed the tops of some capacitors cracked. I think these need to be replaced, if so , where can I get them

Just unhooked hard drive did same thing , going to try new power supply
