Well, I tried removing both cards already. Thinking that it should be able to use the onboarding graphics from the motherboard. Still no change.

Ok, so I have tried another working power supply, no luck. It does the same thing. I tried removing some of my ram (I normally run 4x4gb). No change. I put my ssd in the other PC and it booted up fine. At this point do we assume it is the motherboard?
