Update: I think the problem is related to my power adapter as I see on other complaints. I tried removing the AC Adapter and using only the battery, and its okay.

Hi, thank you for the response. I tried booting on Ubuntu via USB, and still becomes laggy. Is this a hardware problem? Update: It's weird. When I plug my USB Mouse, the touchpad will work fine. But the time I remove the USB Mouse, it becomes slow and laggy.
