Question Bluetooth AirPods connected but can't be selected / not present in the Sound Output Options ?

Good day!

I connected my AirPods to my laptop via Bluetooth. It is connected and recognized, but can't be selected as the primary sound output device. Even if connected, the Internal Speakers were the only option.

OS = Windows 11

Do you see Bluetooth listed in Device Manager?

Ensure that View > Show hidden devices is checked.

What drivers, if any, were installed and what was the source of those drivers?
