What have you read about Asus mobo and rgb causing crashes?

Been going through the same thing only it never happens when playing games. Only happens when the gpu is under light load like browsing the internet or watching videos on Youtube. I have also tried many potential fixes with no luck.

Any update? Going through the same thing.

I have a 6700k and a 2080 and currently getting bottlenecked in Battlefield 5

I never overclocked any of my hardware. The problem is if I keep the voltage at default then my cpu ends up overheating and the usage goes to 100%. I think my motherboard increased the default voltage or something by itself....

I'm using a stock fan. It has worked pretty good up until I upgraded to the 2080. Before I had it paired with a 1070 and never had temp issues or high usage.

Did you ever figure this out? Im now dealing with temp issues on the 6700k during heavy load and 100% usage and its not even overclocked.
