There's no way for anyone here to know. If you want peace of mind, check your hard drives, run memtest, benchmark your rig and just do some general maintenance and you'll learn whether there's been a compromise.

If you just keep your home generally clean, vacuum and open your case once a month to clean the dust out, I imagine you'd be fine.

What kind of case do you have? You may be able to separate that front I/O panel from the case, disassemble it, get a bottle of isopropyl alcohol, some cotton swaps, lintless cloth and detail clean it.
